It comes exclusively from organic grapes produced in artisanal vineyards in Marco de Jerez. Organic production techniques have been followed throughout the entire process, from the production of the grapes, to the fermentation of the must, to the acetification of the wine and the aging of the vinegar, in addition to those of the Denomination of Origin Aceto di Jerez.
Medium intensity amber color, which can boast of being clean and bright.
Distinctly acetic aromas, are accompanied by inviting notes of apricot compote that surprise for their freshness.
A fantastic vinegar with a long and attractive aftertaste. Its flavor is delicately vinous, light, delicate and balanced in the mouth.
It is recommended for dressings and salads, vinaigrettes, pickles, reductions, game and fish dishes.
Excellent for giving depth, liveliness and a veiled sweetness to cocktails without overpowering the other ingredients.
