Vermouth
Vermouth is a fortified wine flavored with various botanicals, such as herbs, spices, and fruits. It is a key ingredient in many classic cocktails, such as the Martini and Manhattan, and is often served as an aperitif. There are two main styles of vermouth: sweet (red) and dry (white). The alcohol content of vermouth is typically around 16-18% ABV.
