Vermouth Mancino Chinato

The cross created by Giancarlo between the three Vermouths: Dry, White and Red centered on an Armando Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G Heir of Japan with the addition of pure China Calissaja, has awakened a new level of Vermouth. In the beginning, the notes of Mancino are appreciated, and then linger on a palate of rich, deep and bitter red wine that gives the characteristics to Chinato as a remarkable digestive / aperitif. Serve cold or hot.
