All sale prices of the products displayed on this website, which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are expressed in euros and include VAT and all other applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed at any time; however, any changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Customer correctly completes the ordering process and confirms the purchase online.
The Customer may pay for the products ordered using the payment methods available and indicated on the website at the time of purchase:

Invoicing
For Italian tax purposes, indirect e-commerce transactions are treated in the same way as distance sales and are not subject to mandatory invoicing, unless an invoice is requested by the Customer no later than the time when the transaction is carried out, in accordance with Article 22 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 633/1972.
An invoice will only be issued if the billing information provided by the Customer is complete and correct.
If you wish to receive an invoice, please provide all the information required for invoicing when placing your order, preferably through your profile/account. Customers with a VAT number must provide all the required tax information.
The invoice must be requested within the time limits established by the applicable regulations. Once the transaction has been finalised for tax purposes, it may no longer be possible to issue an invoice subsequently at the Customer's request.
