Liquorificio 7579 was born from the passion of two friends for authentic, familiar flavors ... genuine flavors.
Ancient tastes that awaken timeless sensations. In a world where everything flows fast, where we sit at the table without knowing what we are drinking and eating, we felt the need to return - for ourselves and for our families - to an uncompromising taste ... without artificial corrections.
The need to know that what you are drinking is made by trusted hands, led us - one day 10 years ago - to produce our first Gentian liqueur.
It all started with a very old family recipe, handed down for more than a century. We knew it was there, yellowed by time, written in a very narrow dialect.
What made us open that time drawer? So many things ... the link with the past, the memory of the grandparents who looked after us with infinite love, the carefree knowing that there is someone who, in a disinterested way, takes care of you.
That little sheet contained not only the ingredients, but two secrets ... two precious secrets that we decided to keep as chests found in a lost cave:
- unconditional listening to nature and the mountains of Abruzzo
- listening to the pure and sincere tradition of our ancestors
Keeping faith with these two "commandments", we asked the mountains and the seasons for new combinations of flavors that would enhance the tradition of the original recipe.
We are convinced that sincerity, the purity of friendship, family and love - the only ones that have the power to awaken strong, lost sensations, which we increasingly need today - must be accompanied by an equally sincere liqueur.
From here, after 10 years of pure passion, we decided to found our liqueur factory, to share with you our Abruzzo excellences ... our artisan liqueurs to access lost sensations ... timeless sensations.
