San Bernabè Gran Reserva Especial is a structured and balanced Vermouth with a long and persistent taste.
Vermouth obtained from the maceration of 24 types of botanicals, including absinthe, gentian, orange, chamomile, lemon, cinnamon, clove and others, for about 6 months in white Rioja wine, fortified and sweetened.
Fine and elegant, it is a sweet vermouth with aromas of fruit, licorice, wild herbs, very spicy and complex, with elegant notes of citrus, in the slightly acidic and bitter finish.
Excellent neat as an aperitif, alone or with ice, and a lemon peel, accompanied with some olives, pickles in general and cheeses.
Excellent as an accompaniment to fish, mussels and seafood.
With sweets: those with a sweeter flavor, chocolate cakes, red berries, orange, nuts.
