Amaro Dahù

Dahù is the Piedmont artisan amaro with a marked territorial inspiration, which is told among its 40 botanical components and the legend linked to the mythological animal.
A real amaro that does not hide, thanks to a very minimal presence of sugars, without caramel and added colourings.
It enhances and allows aromas and flavors to emerge, leading to a complex drink, with a clean palate, capable of giving new and surprising sensations with every sip.
Aroma: Opening on fresh and slightly bitter aromatic notes, dry details of fresh roots and a pleasant spicy/herbaceous note towards the hints of pepper.
Palate: Soft and delicate entry, smooth and drinkable, it maintains a delicate touch of bitter aftertaste; then a citrus peel component opens up and a light, bright spicy aftertaste.
The final: The palate remains wrapped in a thin layer of slightly pungent flavors in a succession of small developments that soon invite a second taste.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, alcohol, natural extract and infusion of herbs, roots, citrus fruits and spices. The main ones are: tansy (arquebuse), angelica, chamomile, cinnamon, turmeric, cinchona, gentian, rhubarb, ginger, orange.
