Even if on average the orders are processed quickly, the preparation of your order and delivery to the courier may in some cases reach 3/4 working days.
Average delivery times from despatch: 3/4 working days (Saturdays and bank holiday excluded).
The courier will NOT DELIVER wine or other alcoholic products to people under the age of 18, and may require a document of identity to verify the age.
Delivery will take place during office hours on working days, therefore we suggest you enter a delivery address where someone is always present at these times and able to collect the goods.
If the package is not collected at the delivery point after multiple attempts made by the courier, it will automatically be registered as an uncollected package and will be returned to our warehouse.
At this point you will need to pay for a new shipment to resend your package.
We therefore advise you to pay attention to our automatic emails which notify you of the shipment and those received from the courier which notify you of the shipment being loaded.
You can find the link to track shipments on your personal page in the "Order history and details" section.
At the time of delivery it is advisable to check the appearance and condition of the packaging, making sure that they are intact and that the packages correspond to the packing slip.
Deliveries must never be rejected, not even in the case of obvious damage to the goods, otherwise the costs of return and reshipment will be charged.
When collecting the item, the customer must specify on the courier's receipt all the discrepancies present on the package in a clear and detailed manner (unconditioned packaging, torn cardboard, missing packages, etc.). We advise customers to photograph the packaging on all four sides, as this will be a fundamental requirement in the event of opening a complaint. Otherwise it will not be possible to request compensation for any damage and the transport costs for a possible replacement will also be borne by the customer.
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, reporting all inconsistencies as previously described. N.B: IF YOU ACCEPT WITHOUT APPLYING THE NECESSARY RESERVATIONS TO THE GOODS DELIVERED BY THE COURIER, YOU WILL IN NO WAY BE ABLE TO CLAIM FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGES DUE TO TRANSPORT.
We will only charge you for goods in good condition.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address.
You can check them in your summary cart.
