Valsangiacomo Inverso White 2019

Inverso 2019 is a white wine limited to only 1,300 bottles, produced from 100% Godello grapes, a white grape variety grown in Spain, on a 0.7 hectare plot located in Siete Aguas in the Avellán area, with respectful viticulture of the environment.
Obtained by fermentation on the yeasts in stainless steel and then passing into 500-liter French oak barrels, where it will remain
about two months, before its bottling.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, with floral aromas of elderberry, broom and wild fennel, typical of the grape, and berries, mixed with notes of citrus and minerals.
Elegant, full, generous, silky palate with good acidity, with a perception of tropical fruit
The finish is long, to be enjoyed, persistent, with notes of grapefruit that dissolve in a pleasantly bitter and at times savory.
