Bobal de SanJuan Rosso is produced from grapes from an old vineyard of 40-60 years located in the village of SanJuan in Requena, 700 meters above sea level, on clayey limestone soil.
Prepared and aged in raw concrete vats for 10 months, in the Bodega de Bobal de SanJuan located in the village of SanJuan in Requena.
Raspberry color, vivid and bright, with fruity aromas of sour strawberry and raspberry, some exotic notes reminiscent of banana and caramelized apple, with a background of fennel and fresh aromatic herbs.
With a refreshing taste of red fruits, elegant and fine round, with a structured sweetness with a remarkable natural acidity that prolongs a long and persistent finish.
Purple garnet red color. with an intense aroma of red fruits, with a predominance of strawberry and a floral touch of violet, followed by spicy notes, which highlight black pepper and licorice.
Elegant taste with fresh entry and predominance of pepper on a background of ripe fruit, strawberry and cherry.
Balance between fresh acidity and strong but well-smoothed, long and deep tannins.
