Lu Mare is the pure essence of the Mediterranean-
Spirit distilled with a traditional discontinuous copper still, where most of the botanicals, pink pepper, basil, rosemary, bay leaf, olive leaves, are infused for about 24 hours directly in the boiler.
The most delicate, such as fennel and mint, are collected in a basket on the side of the boiler: here they will be crossed by the alcoholic vapor, in order to extract the essential oils more delicately.
The intense and herbaceous spicy note of pink pepper predominates,
Immediately afterwards the Mediterranean notes of rosemary, bay leaf and wild fennel open, to close in the finish with the freshest notes of mint and basil.
Dry, spicy, slightly spicy taste, with a slight bitter note brought by the olive leaves.
In the mouth the notes of the Mediterranean scrub predominate: first the balsamic of fennel, mint and basil, then the herbaceous spice of rosemary and bay leaf always accompanied by the slightly spicy note of pink pepper.
