1877, the origin of an unrepeatable flavour.
Cilantro is a liqueur born in Galicia, carrying with it a precise story, carefully preserved over time. Its origins are traced back to Goián, in the Baixo Miño, a borderland of strong traditions, where flavours are passed down like everyday gestures.
The recipe, introduced in 1877 by the Goian native Mr. Manuel Ozores, has reached the present day through generations. It is not just another “herbal liqueur”: it is a distinctive balance, built on the maceration of coriander seeds together with other aromatic and medicinal herbs, followed by a long resting period that gives it depth and roundness.
In the glass it is clean and bright, with a toasted hue that anticipates the character of the sip. On the nose it is sweet and balsamic, with a warm, enveloping sensation and a hint of citrus that makes it more vibrant. On the palate it flows naturally and leaves that hallmark feeling of great digestifs: a tidy, comforting finish that invites a second taste.
Cilantro is the kind of product that doesn’t follow trends: it comes before them. Proof that truly authentic recipes don’t need to change to stay relevant.
