Jo Ressel Gin Vento Carsico 20cl

Jo Ressel Vento Carsico is an italian premium Gin, inspired by the wind that blows on its homeland: the Friuli Venezia Giulia Karst (Carso).

It is characterized by the intense and balsamic flavor of Mugo Pine combined with hints of undergrowth given by the botany of the Karst: wild sage, savory, hyssop and lemon zest.

This product was created by Emin Haziri, Executive Chef of an italian Michelin starred restaurant, who has developed his long career in Italian and international starred kitchens, in search of the perfect recipe.

Excellent tasted on the rocks but also in Gin Tonic, it gives its best in the Martini cocktail, as well as as as an ingredient in meat, game and dessert dishes.
