Star of Bombay London Dry Gin is a bolder expression of the Bombay signature style. With two additional botanicals (bergamot and ambrette seed), carefully selected then slowly distilled for a more intense flavour. To maintain the integrity of 12 botanicals, they slow down the vapor infusion process and distill them for longer. It's been bottled at a robust 47.5% ABV.
