Xibal Gin is the first gin produced in Guatemala and inspired by Mayan mythology.
Distilled by hand in copper stills, Xibal combines the fundamental botanicals of gin such as Juniper, lemon, fennel, coriander with spices such as pimento, pericone, laurel, cardamom and orange, characteristic of Central America, to create a fusion between pre-Columbian civilization and Guatemalan culture today.
Transparent in color with bright flashes and predominant notes of juniper, followed by fresh notes of cardamom, combined with a blend of herbaceous notes and balsamic hints reminiscent of the rainforest
The Taste is rich and complex, and winds through balsamic, spicy hints, with a sweet and citrus finish.
