Sabatini Barrel Gin

Sabatini is a premium gin handcrafted in the distillation process and to research very particular specifications such as the presence of wild fennel in the aromatic mix. Nine botanicals of strictly Tuscan origin: juniper, coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, verbena and sage.
Most of the botanicals are made up of spontaneous plants collected in the Sabatini properties in Teccognano on the hill of Cortona while juniper, renowned for its excellent quality, is collected in different areas of the region.

Round, fragrant and with a long finish: Sabatini Gin Barrel is a meditation distillate created by the encounter between Sabatini Gin and aging in former Chardonnay oak barrels.
Sabatini Gin Barrel has an alcohol content of 45.5% and is perfect to drink neat accompanied by dried fruit, leavened desserts or cheeses.
