Carpano Botanic is a premium bitter that expresses the passion for quality that has never compromised, with over 230 years of history behind it. Following the criteria of an ancient artisanal method, 10 carefully selected botanicals, including saffron, cinchona, gentian, bitter orange peel and zedoaria, are infused in order to balance their components and give life to a bitter with a complex, multifaceted flavor , whose multiple nuances make it able to be appreciated even if tasted alone, or a perfect mixing ingredient for the creation of the great classics of the Italian aperitif.
With its characteristic bright red color, it expresses a range of aromas on the nose in which morello cherries, fresh almonds, citrus fruits, a pleasant balsamic note of eucalyptus and spices emerge. These hints are also confirmed on the palate, perfectly balanced between the sweet and the decidedly bitter component, which marks a smooth and intense finish.
