Amaròt is an amaro of natural herbal extracts and chinotto.
It was born in Turin, in the historic district of San Salvario and is expertly produced by the distillers of Castelnuovo Don Bosco.
The essences derived from the best citrus fruits, herbs, roots and spices are cold extracted, so as not to alter their original aroma; this is accompanied by a long maturation of the finished product that harmonizes the various elements, the insoluble vegetable parts are deposited and sediment allowing a slight filtration that does not detract from the liquor important aromatic tones.
When tasted, it gives softness and the right power, well corroborated by the excellent olfactory sensations. The bitter notes of absinthe and gentian emerge in perfect balance, elegantly finished by bitter orange and chinotto.
At sight it has a very lively intense brown color with orange reflections that seem to shine with their own light.
On the nose it expresses an aromatic complex from which the citrus notes of chinotto and orange, vanilla, cardamom and cinchona emerge warmly finished by accents of licorice, anise and cocoa.
