Lu Ientu is the breeze that runs between the olive trees.
Delicate spirit produced with steam distillation where all the botanicals, pink pepper, orange leaves, thyme, olive leaves and mint, are placed in a basket inside the boiler of the still and do not come into contact with water hot but with its steam which, passing through them, extracts the essential oils.
The scent is delicate, herbaceous, spicy with a slight smoky note.
The first notes are the herbaceous and Mediterranean ones of thyme leaves, perfectly balanced by the fresh ones of mint and orange leaves. The slightly spicy note of pink pepper acts as a background.
The taste is fresh, green, spicy.
