OSCAR.697 Extra Dry is an innovative Vermouth Extra Dry specially created to satisfy the most demanding palates and the most enterprising mixologists in the most classic of drinks: the Martini Cocktail.

The recipe n°771A - respectfully following the Italian production regulations for Vermouth - has a strong characterization of wild fennel, dog rose and oak infusion.

The alcohol volume is 18%, while the sugar content is practically zero (2.5%) to obtain a product that is drier than other labels, but at the same time extremely aromatic.

This production choice makes OSCAR.697 Extra Dry a very fresh, balanced and delicate product. Ideal for blending.
