Vermouth Tomaso Agnini with walnut husk: to personalize special cocktails with Vermouth
Vermouth Tomaso Agnini with Walnut husk is a relatively new product, conceived and proposed as an innovation of a traditional product.
In fact, this liqueur comes from the mixing of the walnut husk, also used for Nocino, and the "fortified" wine called Vermouth. The production process involves the maceration in alcohol of immature Juglans Regia walnuts, typical of the Po area, still wrapped in their husk and of a wine chosen from among the most important Italian vines that ensures a certain alcohol content. What you get is a product that is double-linked to the territory and tradition and at the same time innovative and original, a liqueur with a rich and full-bodied, classic and elegant taste.
PRODUCTION METHOD: cold extraction of aromatic plants
INGREDIENTS: wine, sugar, infusion of walnut husk, mix of aromatic herbs.
AROMATIC NOTES: two Italian excellences which, combined, give life to a unique product, with a perfectly balanced taste and aroma
