Bitter Violento

Violent, "the essence of Puglia", is the bitter created by Gianni Dell’Olio and Francesco di Gioia, from A’Baracca, an unmissable place in Bisceglie.
They embarked on this project in 2015; while they were devising a new drink list, they felt the need to find a citrusy bitter that could give their cocktails an extra boost, but on the market, they found nothing that would stimulate their taste buds.
So they decided to start exploiting the typical excellences of their region, to create a bitter that exactly corresponded to their needs.
Thus was born Bitter Violento. "Violent" because it is natural: produced "by hands", a bitter with a strong character, completely Made in Italy, with the scent and aroma of the best Apulian citrus fruits and spices.
