Gin YU

All the ingredients of Yu Gin are of French origin, except for the Sichuan pepper from China and the Japanese Yuzu (the citrus fruit that gives the product its name). The botanicals are distilled separately in a traditional manner, in the Cognac region. Only after a quality control of each individual distillate, the blending takes place to ensure that all the flavors are brought together in the final product. The alcoholic base for maceration is derived from wheat. The alcoholic content of the obtained distillates for each aromatic base is 70% vol.
