This London Dry Gin style spirit is made through a pot still distillation process. Over eleven different botanicals are added to the wheat-based mash to macerate for a day before distillation. Those are juniper, coriander seed, liquorice root, angelica root, orris root, green cardamom, cinnamon, bitter almonds, and fresh orange, lemon and grapefruit peel. The violets are added on a day of the distillation. Then the distillation takes place at a temperature of 78° C. Only the heart of the distillate is used. After the distillation the hearth is diluted with de-mineralized Cornish spring water to bring it down to 42% abv
