Nordes Galician Gin

The Gin Nordés , with 40% alcohol by volume, is distilled from Albariño wine (a native grape variety) and a selection of Galician wild herbs, such as bay leaf, caralleira, verbena, toxo, eucaliptus, juniper, cardamom, quinine, a few lemon zest, ginger, hibiscus, liquorice and tea.

It is characterised by slow maceration and distillation using traditional methods. The Gin Nordés is bottled in a large, white bottle, with as a label the map of the world where Galicia appears clearly.
