Vento Gin

Gin Vento is born from the infusion of fresh juniper berries, partially harvested in the ravines of the Cembra valley, and orange and lemon peels from the Limonaia del Garda Ecomuseum in Tignale. Distillation follows, using the discontinuous still with extreme care, since the citrus fruits are very delicate.
