Ki No Bi Edition K - Aged in Kilchoman barrels

Kyoto Distillery is proud to partner with an independent Scottish whiskey producer, Kilchoman Distillery, for an innovative collaboration with KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin.

Kilchoman is a small agricultural distillery located on the Scottish island of Islay. The distillery grows barley and has on-site malts for its single malt whiskeys.

The K edition is matured in American oak barrels previously used for Kilchoman single malt whiskeys and is closely monitored by the distillery team to ensure that the influence of smoke and peat is in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.
