Composto Italian Gin

COMPOSTO Gin was born from the reinterpretation of what was the most ancient method for the production of proto-gins, where a blend of botanicals extracted individually, in pure grain alcohol, is cold composed relying only and exclusively on the nose to obtain an aromatic complex constant and one of a kind.
The balance between botanicals is its strong point.
A marked softness is the sensation that occurs throughout the tasting phase, which begins with the resinous-balsamic of juniper and mountain pine, reminding us of wild woods, then moving on to a citrus cocktail where both the lemon peel and the that of orange, to arrive at fields of flowers with violets, orange blossoms and iris.
