"My name is Leonardo Ghia and these are the emotions that I also felt as a child when I spent the days up on the hill with my father and grandfather, at the Ghia colombara.
Hours spent getting in and out of the old "Fiat 450", strictly under the scrupulous supervision of "Don Bruno", hours spent listening to the sound of the tracks trudging up the fields and the tractor passing slowly through the vineyard with the ; hours that today seem like moments because now that everyday life has now become mine.
Getting on and off the vehicles, fixing what is broken, taking care of what you sow and seeing day after day the progress of a field or the first sprouts of a life that are linked to the branch as if to seal a long-standing friendship and with great patience wait for the precious fruits that will soon be born. The sacrifice, the joy and the fear, the sweat, the sun on your face in the morning and the light evening breeze when you return home tired, are obligatory stops for those who make this life not a job but a passion that gives you every day different emotions.
Our path aims to enhance the land with everything it offers, revive traditions and highlight what for me and my family is the fulcrum of this whole journey: wine."
