The area of vineyards is 3 hectares, which has been managed for 27 years using the organic method (ICEA certifications) and with the classic Piedmontese vines - Barbera, Dolcetto, Cortese - accompanied by the native Timorasso-Derthona variety.

In the cellar, wines without added sulphites are also produced, and almost all fermentations take place spontaneously.

The philosophy of wine production is based on maximum attention to agricultural practices, in order to obtain quality grapes, and on limited technological intervention in the cellar.

Therefore: grassing of the rows to balance the soil, early leaf removal to improve exposure to the sun, thinning of the bunches to increase their concentration are among the operations which, together with the organic method, help us in the natural world in our qualitative growth. All the grapes are chosen and harvested by hand, transported in crates to the small company cellar and transformed with the use of steel tanks and oak barrels (tonneaux); technology instead enters fully into bottling with a very modern self-propelled line, the result of cooperation with other producers where quality and respect for the environment are the main objectives.

In recent years we have completed the company composition with a small stable where Tortonese breed cows live.
