The starting point of this innovative product is a blend of pure unpasteurized beer from the Madrid craft brewery “Cervezas La Virgen”. To produce a bottle of SANTAMANIA VODKA “LA VIRGEN”, you need 6 liters of a blend of the best beers and 3 distillations, to go from about 6 degrees alcohol to a high purity alcohol at 92 degrees. The challenge of the master distiller is to find the right balance to infuse the distillate with the typical flavors of beer. Subsequent dilution with pure water generates “LA VIRGEN” Vodka, a unique vodka that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Notes for tasting.
On the palate it is round and creamy, with a deep character. The taste is intense and balanced with notes of cereals
and white chocolate.
On the nose there are notes of hops and scents of citrus.
Absolutely delicious when served cold and perfect for an aperitif.
