Vermut Yzaguirre Rosso 1L

Yzaguirre is a family vermouth house in El Morell, between Reus and Tarragona. Founded in Reus in 1884 by the Simó family, it moved to El Morell in 1983 under the Salla-Solé family, close to the Macabeu vineyards used for its base wines. Classic vermouth botanicals (wormwood, rhubarb, cinchona) meet Mediterranean herbs, fruit and flowers such as dittany of Crete, Seville bitter orange and cactus flower. The Reservas mature a year in large oak casks. Serve neat with ice, orange peel and an olive.
