This vermouth starts with botanicals rested for 24 hours in terracotta amphorae of warm water; wine is then added and macerated for 30 days. The resulting essence, "La Madre", is aged in cask for several months and then blended with Garnacha and Macabeo white wine, a little sugar and caramel.
