Vermouth San Bernabé are obtained from Rioja red wines, aged in barrels, which gives them a unique personality and flavor.
The use of the classic Rioja reds: Tempranillo and Garnacha joins the mineral-organic contribution of the vineyard in one of the areas with the greatest aromatic richness for the cultivation of vines in the world, the subsequent aging in oak barrels for over 3 years and maceration in vats for 6 months, giving San Bernabé vermouth greater volume and aromatic complexity in the mouth and nose; as well as a unique color: ruby red which derives from the red Rioja grape, aging and maceration of botanicals.
