San Bernabè Gran Reserva Especial is a structured and balanced Vermouth with a long and persistent taste.
Vermouth obtained from the maceration of 49 types of botanicals, including absinthe, gentian, orange, chamomile, lemon, cinnamon, clove and others, for about 6 months in fortified and sweetened Rioja red wine.
Fine and elegant, it is a sweet vermouth with aromas of fruit, licorice, wild herbs, very spicy and complex, with elegant citrus notes, with a slightly acid and bitter finish.
Excellent smooth as an aperitif, alone or with ice, and a lemon zest, accompanied with some olives, pickles in general and cheeses.
Excellent as an accompaniment to fish, mussels and seafood.
Excellent mixed in a Negroni, American and Milan-Turin.
