Nowadays, Ron Matusalem operates from the Dominican Republic and in Clasíco’s case, it distils several rums and lets them mature in American oak barrels for up to ten years. Afterwards, they are blended to this spectacularly mild and sweet rum which will spoil you with such flavours as vanilla, coconut and toffee.
