Bergamotto Calabro is made from organic Calabrian bergamot: in January the fruits are washed and peeled, the peel macerated in alcohol and the freshly squeezed juice added to the base. It is the first bergamot liqueur made with fresh bergamot juice. Enjoy neat as a digestif or in cocktails and long drinks. Awarded "Niche Product" at TuttoFood Milan 2009 and presented at Tales of the Cocktail 2009 by bartender Francesco Lafranconi.
