Toro Gentian is a liqueur with a bitter-sweet soul, the result of an extraction in alcohol tincture from gentian roots, particularly suitable at the end of a meal. In Abruzzo, transhumant shepherds when stationed in Campo Imperatore used to collect the precious roots of the liqueur that would warm them during the winter. Even today, this liqueur continues to be appreciated for its intense personality.
