Already counted among the liqueur specialties of the city in 1712, Rosolio became its pride and as such was mentioned in various publications, both Italian and foreign.
During the nineteenth century it became the flagship of all Turin distillers who, through increasingly complex recipes, showed off their skills.
Precious and exclusive liqueur due to the presence of expensive sugar, it established itself as a classic welcome toast and favorite drink for social occasions and entertainment for the Turin bourgeoisie and nobility.
In Rosolio Doragrossa, the exotic notes of cinnamon and cloves stand out, as well as the freshness of the anise and lemon zest.
