Ambitious project carried out by three Englishmen, this gin travels from England to Iceland to be blended with pure Icelandic waters filtered through volcanic rock. In fact, unlike all the other London Dry this product is not mixed with demineralized water but with what Martin Miller's calls "the purest water on earth." Another feature is the distillation with lemon zest, orange, nutmeg, cinnamon and coriander in addition to classic spices and juniper berries. The production takes place in centenarians alembics produced by John Dore & Co in the 20s which is affectionately given a female name for each column. It's a very soft and fresh Gin, the citrus fruits and the classic juniper make it excellent for a Dry Martini or for a fragrant and fresh Tonic.
