Agapimù Gin

Agapimù is a gin that combines our two souls in a harmonious Italian-Spanish fusion. A gin with a delicate taste, thanks to the base note of the thermal water used in purity, but also decisive and complex.
The first olfactory notes we encounter are the balsamic ones given by juniper berries and mountain pine. Followed by aromas of flowers and fruit: the rennet apple that gives a scent of ripe pineapple while the iris bulb, elderflower and green tea recall the scent of a flower garden, to continue with the citrus notes of orange blossom given by presence of lemongrass grass, bergamot and sweet oranges. Spicy finish due to the Spanish chilli. If drunk neat or with ice, the scent of salinity and minerality of the thermal water is perceived.
Complex and simple at the same time. At the first sip, you notice the balsamic aroma. As soon as you pour it into the glass, it begins to open and change with each sip. The flavor comes later, it is of a flower garden and citrus fruits, accompanied by a slightly spicy note of Spanish chilli. The thermal water gives a light salty taste. For this reason it can be defined as a meditation gin. Good balance of aromas that flow harmoniously sip after sip.
