In addition to the distilled potato alcohol, it also includes carefully selected white mulberries. Once intended for silk production, the berries perfectly round off our incomparably mild dry gin with their fine fruity aroma. They macerate in the distillate and join the other botanicals such as juniper berries and coriander seeds.
In terms of taste, the Windspiel Distiller Cut really has a lot to offer. Here, the juniper notes are refined with a tart spiciness. This is joined by the hand-picked mulberries and lemon. Another highlight is the addition of delicious raspberries. This makes the Windspiel Distiller Cut even fruitier and fresher.
