GIn Boatyard Old Tom

Boatyard Old Tom Gin is made from Doube Boatyard Gin and rests for a minimum of 4 months drawing colors and flavors from the barrels, then Fermanagh honey is added.
Boatyard Old Tom Gin has notes of candied lemon peel, vanilla and cinnamon spice, with a silky finish. Slightly sweeter than London Dry but drier than Dutch genever, it is sometimes referred to as "the missing link".
