Gin Ginepraio Bio

Ginepraio is the London Dry Gin organic speaking in Tuscany. It is born of the collaboration between Levante Spirits and Distillerie Deta. We've given him life by means of a discontinuous copper ambush that we affectionately call Lapo.
In his baptism, we were inspired by the old adage "casting into a chinpowder" (also referred to as vocabulary label), informal way to describe a complicated situation from which it is difficult to get out.
The very one in which we ended up searching for raw materials, all strictly certified, Tuscan and organic. Starting with the basic alcohol, which comes from grain grown in the Mugello area; while the seven botanicals, including juniper, pink canine and helicride, come from the Maremma, from the Val D'Orcia passing through Chianti.
