Oxley Gin is amde following a very innovative process: it is vacuum distilled at -5 ºC so that the flavors can be kept much better, and it is the heat which undoubtfully affects the ingredients. Oxley London Dry Gin is made in small amounts and in its recipe there are botanical ingredients, including: juniper, meadowsweet, grapefruit, anise seed, vanilla, orange and lemon.
