Idol Gin

IDOL is a complex, very balanced gin which highlights all the  characteristics of the used botanicals. 
A slow maceration and a low temperature distillation transfer a great aromatic persistence to both the nose and the palate.  
It has an elegant aftertaste full of scents that make it unique,  pleasant and with a strong personality. 
Olfactory analysis: Fine but at the same time very decisive for the peculiarities of its botanicals. IDOL transmits, from a purely olfactory point of  view, a pleasant freshness deriving from citrus fruits and a mix of delicate and enveloping aromas that blend harmoniously with the spices. Juniper and cardamom are not invasive, but blend itselves with a delicate and very pleasant pungency. 
Taste analysis: As for the taste experience, IDOL represents the best combina tion of fresh botanicals, with a good flavor on the palate while the spices make it particularly persistent in its hints. It reserves an aftertaste of white pepper which, together with the sea fennel, exalts both the scents of the sea and the earth in a unique way. 
Its ability to change its identity according to consumption is striking: it is authoritative, determined and powerful if drunk  alone, explosive and generous if enjoyed in mixing.
