Portofino Dry Gin

It is a gin that is born watching Portofino as the boats leave the harbor in the evening.

The 21 ingredients used, including botanicals grown and harvested by hand on the Portofino mountain, have been carefully selected to give the gin fresh and Mediterranean scents.

After a light maceration process, each single botanical - juniper, lemon, lavender, rosemary, iris, marjoram, sage - is distilled separately in a copper alembic, under the supervision of the master distiller.

Each distillate is then blended to create the unique Portofino Gin mix.
