This Brandy can boast of the denomination "De Jerez", as the entire production process takes place within the well-known Spanish wine region. Aged for an average age of 12 years in oak barrels that do not exceed the capacity of 350 liters, according to the Solera Method, this distillate has a characteristic taste of Cognac, and a particularly elegant and refined aroma that distinguishes it as a product of great excellence and excellent aging potential. Ideal to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, in large Cognac glasses, to best enhance its sensory characteristics.
Mahogany red color with intense golden reflections.
The nose has clean hints of caramel, almonds and hazelnuts, together with floral sensations of broom and dried yellow rose, on a sweet spice of vanilla and cinnamon.
On the palate it is complex, not particularly dry and rich in structure, enveloping in the spicy returns that run up to the long final persistence, characterized by evident aromas of nutmeg.
