Its aromatic profile opens with the elegant bitterness of wormwood, softens with the delicate fragrance of elderflower, and deepens with the decisive, earthy note of gentian root. Completing the bouquet are bitter orange peel and licorice root,

forming a subtle bridge between the aromas of the Alps and those of the Mediterranean.
