Campari Bitter is one of the best known and most successful bitter liqueurs worldwide. The botanicals are placed in hot, distilled water and added with pure alcohol before everything is macerated for several days and filtered. With additional water and a sugar solution, the liquid is reduced to a drinking strength of 25% alcohol, before presented by the natural coloring of prickly pears the reddish bitter liqueur.
